In the thirteenth episode of my third season, I am joined by my pal Sue Stanfield to overthink about adventure.

We dive into:
• How having a sense of adventure can help with the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
• How getting outside in nature helps with mental wellness.
• The power of a good ol' kitchen dance party.
Sue Stanfield is a classic serial entrepreneur. Since founding Take It Outside, an elevated lifestyle apparel company in 2012, she has purchased the local competition, expanded from one store to six, and founded a technology software company called Checkmate Experience. Sue is passionate about adventure, nature, and growth and believes that getting outside is a gift to the mind, body, and soul. She currently lives in Nova Scotia with her husband, two children, and two puppies. When she is not elevating life’s adventures through authentic experiences or helping customers find items they love, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and travel.
