A self-proclaimed drama kid, Sacha has been performing for as long as she can remember and, the older she gets, the more she realizes this applies both onstage and off. Wilcox has spent the better part of the last decade co-creating, devising, writing and directing new works. He is the writer of Good Grief, New Waterford Boy and is currently working on his script Coal Bowl Queen. Wilcox is the Artistic Director of the live art company HEIST where he helped create and performed in Princess Rules, Princess&rsquo; Pride &rsquo;n&rsquo; Joy and Nature vs. Nation and The Princess Show which is a Nova Scotia Masterworks 2021 Finalist. His coaching career started in the high school and junior (Summerside Western Capitals) hockey ranks before moving on to coaching at the major junior (OHL London Knights), university (UNB), and AHL/ NHL levels. Doug was the assistant coach of the St. Louis Blues, Washington Capitals, and Detroit Red Wings, and head coach of the Baltimore Skipjacks (AHL), Florida Panthers and Columbus Blue Jackets.</span><br /><br /><span>In 1996, he led the underdog Florida Panthers to the Stanley Cup finals and was a finalist for the Jack Adams Award (Coach of the Year). Doug also has experience in hockey management, as the assistant GM for the Red Wings and GM and President of the Columbus Blue Jackets. You may also recognize Doug from his time as a leading NHL analyst on SportsNet.</span><br /><br /><span>Doug and his wife, Jill, split their time between Florida and PEI. She also worked extensively in the agriculture industry, in tree farming management, from planting, fertilizing, and harvesting, this work has kept her grounded and in touch with her roots and will always be one of her favourite work experiences. In 2013, Jolene took the initiative to establish and operate her own construction company, in doing so was the first female entrepreneur to join that industry sector in her community. With her construction company established and doing well, she's moved forward in a new direction. In 2017, driven with purpose and passion, Jolene embarked on a new business venture. She launched into the maple syrup industry, developing and marketing value added maple syrup. Garrett currently resides in the indigenous community of Millbrook with his wife Cheyenne, just outside of Truro, Nova Scotia. Garrett has spent the last 12 years revitalizing culture in his community and abroad, through history, art, song and dance. &nbsp;He believes by opening up, sharing life experiences whether good or bad. After decades of soul searching and battling depression, he discovered yoga in 2018, which helped him find his current path, one genuine to who he is.
